Dr. Asma Bashir is presently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Psychology, the Women University Multan. Her current research work centers on student learning, the adjustment journey of Pakistani Muslim international students, the role of prior learning in educational adjustment, and the importance of educational and institutional support to enhance the adjustment of local and international students.
