Introduction:

The aim of Islam is to create awareness in human beings about the code of life according to the will of God. So that humans can reach the goal of His economic, moral and spiritual development and make his individual and collective life happy and meaningful. Out of the three basic dimensions of human life-social, economy and politics. Economy is the basic, central and pivotal dimension which affects not only society and politics but entire life. in fact societies are destroyed by the destruction of economy. Wealth is like a blood in a society and it's circulation should occur in an appropriate and balanced way. For this purpose, Islam considers earthly resources to be the property of humans. And wealth is a mean of establishing the system of life and blessing of Allah and orders to earn it. Therefore, the Messenger of Allah not only gave greatness to economic labor but also defined the rights of the laborers.

Allah Almighty says: “And that man will get what he has striven for.” (Al Najm:39) Rasulullah has not only declared the struggle to obtain Rizq-e-Halal as a duty, but also declared the laborers and workers as the friend and beloved of Allah. In the current situation, it is indispensable for the survival of the country and society to create such economic and unnatural discrimination should be ended. such type of system should be created in which all human beings should have the opportunities for economic progress according to their abilities in the light of guidance given by Allah almighty and the Holy prophet. For this purpose, the 3rd International Seerah Conference entitled “Importance of Dignified Work and Economic Growth for Sustainable Development of the Country in the Light of the “Seerah” is being organized by the Department of Islamic Studies,

The Women University Multan in collaboration with Punjab Higher Education Commission Lahore, the scholars are invited to present their research papers in this conference.
