Dr. Sadia Iqbal serving as a Lecturer, Department of Chemistry, The Women University Multan. Broadly, her research is based on polymer and surface chemistry principles to fabricate interfaces, thermodynamics and dynamics of hybrid systems. Organic-inorganic relationships in hybrid materials are an underlying research theme. By understanding the kinetic behavior of hybrid materials, advanced materials are created by controlling surface properties and dispersion/aggregation of nanoparticles. Applications range from tuning optical properties of metal nanoparticles and their use as a catalyst. Advanced characterization tools handled include X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform spectrometer and UV-visible spectrophotometer. At LUMS SADIA served as Research Assistant (2013-2014) and worked on a project
