Dr. Malika Rani is a distinguished associate professor at The Women University of Multan, renowned for her extensive contributions to the fields of physics, research, and administration. She has vast experience of administration as Head of Physics department and Institute of Management Sciences, Director Office of research, innovation, and commercialization, Director of Quality Enhancement Cell Chairperson Hall Council, and Hostel warden. With a robust portfolio of research grants, including significant funding from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and a mobility partnership under the PAK-UK education Gateway, she has spearheaded impactful projects such as the establishment of the Energy and Environment Development Research Laboratory. Her leadership in organizing nine international conferences and twelve symposiums/workshops underscores her commitment to advancing global discourse on energy and environmental challenges. As the Editor-in-Chief of the “Journal of Nanoscope,” recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, she has made significant strides in promoting scholarly research. 7(Seven) Ph.D. and more than 50 M.Phil. research scholars have completed their degrees under her supervision, published extensively, and engaged in various professional training programs. Her international exposure, including visits to the UK, Italy, Japan, and Turkey, complements her impressive track record of invited and contributed talks at international conferences. Her dedication is further evidenced by her numerous awards and certificates, including those from the International Research Support Initiative Program and NIMS Tsukuba, Japan. Dr. Malika Rani is a respected member of several professional organizations and has played a vital role in various administrative and academic capacities at her institution. She has published 63 research papers in well-reputed research journals. She contributed to the National Curriculum Review Committee (NCRC) – Physics. Research Laboratory Establishment: The "Energy and Environment Development Research Laboratory" has been established in the Department of Physics at The Women University of Multan, utilizing the grants.
