Director Students Affairs Office was established at The Women University, Multan on 2013. This office is meant to provide guidance, counselling and more flexible educational environment to the students. The main purpose of this office is to provide the required support for academic activities as well as to motivate students for personal, social, cultural and cognitive development. This office also serves as a bridge between administration, academia and students.

The role of student services is to prepare students for active participation in society and support academic, personal development and emotional needs of the students.

Students are encouraged to join the WUM societies for keeping themselves engaged in healthy and productive activities. Following are the student societies of the Women University Multan.
Students from all departments and academic programs including ADP/ BS/ M.Phil can acquire membership. Members will be required to register with Directorate of Students Affairs (DSA-WUM). Interested students shall be required to fill the membership form available in the office of Directorate of Students Affairs.

The Student Council is comprised of Class Representatives selected on their Academic achievement and personal mannerism and behavior. Each department and class is elected a CR from the students nominated by the Class Teacher & Head of Department.

The Poster/ Paintings/ Play Cards has been prepared & presented by the students of the Women University Multan under the supervision of Directorate of Students Affairs to display in Walks/ Programs regarding Kashmir Day, Cultural Programs, World International Day, Peace Program, etc. and also participation in Inter-Departmental and Intervarsity Competitions under Higher Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab and NAB Multan, etc.
The Students of the Women University Multan have been participated in Inter-Departmental and Inter-Universities Debate/ Speech and Declamation Competitions on different topics/ events under the supervision of Directorate of Students Affairs, Higher Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and NAB Multan, etc. The Students, Faculty Members & Administrative Heads debate/ Speech in the Programs of Kashmir Day, Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), Pakistan’s Independence Day, etc. at the Women University Multan.
